SHIPPING

Order processing times: We process orders Monday to Friday, however as we are based rurally please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will be processed the following week.

We use NZ Post for all shipping nationwide. All packages are tracked.

Shipping rates: Up to 500gm $7.90 | Up to 1Kg $10 | Over 1Kg $15.

Rates above are for nationwide parcels. Pricing is subject to change.

Shipping restrictions: We do not offer international shipping. Shipping is NZ nationwide only.

Local pick-up options: If you would like to collect your order please select order pick up at checkout and contact Susan to organise pick-up.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at susan@edens.co.nz. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: We’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased with a gift card

EXCHANGES: Need something else? The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

REFUNDS: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.

Keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
